From as early as I can remember, food has been an expression of love. Watching my mum host at a young age, I learnt how cooking is an expression of love and compassion to others, to all living beings.
More recently, my cooking practice has further expanded as one of self-love and compassion, serving myself as well as others. By developing a more intuitive approach, I experience cooking as a way to ground myself and deal with the stresses of life, rather than it being a stress in life. It feels like a gift to myself.
The reflection and guidance that tarot and astrology offers has been essential to cultivating my relationship with intuitive cooking, so much so that the two feel symbiotic to me.
I hope to share an ethos of cooking that is comforting yet decadent, as well as using tarot and astrology to help you understand your relationship with yourself (and cooking) and embracing what you gravitate towards.
